At the Current Prices, DON'T Buy a TC970 Le Pan 1!

Waiting for Black Friday, for those in the USA, is a good idea, there's a lot of deals coming. The flyers are already leaking out, and some of the deals are very good.

This past week, someone posted a Deal-a-Day offer that was VERY good - a Samsung Galaxy 10.1" tablet, refurbished, for $169, I believe. It sold out in just over 12 hours, the price was right.

Agreed on waiting for black Friday. There should be lots of great deals to be had. Make sure you know the return policy. Especially any restocking fee. Frys is 15% on electronics. That's a steep price to pay if you don't like it. If you like the tc970 you will love the Le Pan S. If HDMI out or rj45 are important to you be prepared to pay an extr 19.00 each for the adapters plus shipping.

Too bad I missed that Galaxy Tab, I'd have jumped on that deal.

Just in case someone out there is interested, Amazon.ca currently has the LPI selling for $109!! and the LPII for $179.

Just ordered a TC970 from Amazon.ca for $109, too good a deal to pass on, major improvement over my Kyros 7012. They still have them in stock, also still have the LPII for $179 and the S is going for $229 as of today.

Yann, I think you can close this case as SOLVED!! 109.00 is a screamin' deal for an LP 1.

FYI. Amazon Canada has Boxing Week specials on the TC970 for $99 and the LPII for $159. The LePan S is still listed at $229.
