Can you recommend an Android tablet with 512 MB RAM under $250?

I don't have the budget to cover more than $250 at max and what you are proposing is around $450. I just need a cheap one to play with, surf the net and give it to the kids,

technique is getting changed day by day so higher configuration is better for you.

You can get the rena3 cortex a9,Upad zt180, haipad 7++, herotab/dropad, sensev7 tcc8803, amlogic cortex a9 tablets or wait a month for the 8" model...

There are a few good tablets with 512mb ram all perform about the same,
It boils down to what you will be using it for...

I need a 512 MB RAM tablet, decent touch response, play games with high response. Has flash for youtube and def it should have the android market and able to run skype...

Forgot to mention the Elocity A7 $300, but cheaper on eBay around $250,
tegra powered same processor as the Xoom, transformer and Acer honeycomb tablets

Get a Nook Color and flash it with the phiremod firmware. That would give you a 512meg Honeycomb tablet. I used one for 6 months and really liked it. It's only $250
