Can't connect to un-secured wifi...?

Hello, new to forum!

Just bought my first tablet (Prestige 7L Android 4.0), I have no problem accessing internet at home on personal secure wifi. HOWEVER, when I'm out & about I can not connect to an unblocked wifi! I scanned and found un-blocked wifi clicked "Connect" it shows "Connected" than I try to watch Netflix (for example) and it wont connect!

Any suggestions?

Typically you need to agree to a set of terms.

Try opening a web browser and going to google.com. It should prompt you.

Tried that, browser won't open... not getting internet service.

Not sure, i have just pulled into a couple parking lots and tried using a couple different businesses un-blocked wifi... i don't have any other devices, so not sure.

I'm guessing that the next time you get connected you should install Dolphin Browser and maybe even Firefox. I have had a couple issues that required I open a different browser to get the agreement to come up, as Fred pointed out earlier.

Go to the Play Store (assuming you have access).

Search for Dolphin Browser or Firefox.

Install the app.
