capactive touch screen tablet wanted

Hello this is my first post as i am new to the forum.

I am posting wanting any info on any Android tablets which are currently out.
My requirements are the following and are listed below.
Wifi usable 3g function would be nice but not a dealbreaker.
Capacitive touch screen.
Battery life of 3 hours.
Memory upgradable.
Finally be 7 inches screen but no bigger than 10.1 inches.

If anyone could point me to any stores that stock a tablet that meets these needs and is reliable I will be more than grateful.

Thanks though i'm more after a tablet with a capactive touch screen as i'm spoiled with a capactive touch screen on my HTC Hero and resistive screens dont feel as fluid as a capactive one thanks though
