crystalview 7"m netbook dont turn on

Hello, can anyone help me I bought a crystalview 7"m netbook for my son & I cant turn it on I may be locked out & have lost the papers that came with it. Only had it for 1 day, Its turned on before Im not sure if I need to take it back to the store
