Custom ROM for MID AL001

Hello everyone, my name is Nick and i am new to this forum! I want to start off by saying i'm not new to rooting but im also not the most advanced at it either. I have 2 Android devices total. I own an LG Optimus V, thats running CM7, and overclocked at 806 MHZ. Today i bought a MID Chinese tablet from Ebay (sorry all i could afford, but its only being used for schoolwork/Netflix), and i have been looking and found no results for this specific Tablet. I'm looking for the best way permantely Root these or run a Different ROM. The one i purchased is running 2.3 and has decent specs for the $70 i paid. Here is the link below. I've looked at Z4Root and havent had a chance to really go through it. If you possibly could help me out, that would be great! Thanks guys.
