D2 Pad Problem

Hi! I'm a newbie here............obviously. I am a fish out of water! As soon as I connected my new d2 pad to my pc, the pad went to a dialing screen, and now I can't get it to do anything else! ?????????? What the h---?

Welcome to the forum and hopefully you are able to get this issue resolved...have you tried to reboot your device?

use a paper clip press the reset button.
