Dictionary for ebook reader program

Anyone knows how to install a dictionary for the ebook reader program?

The device has the English-English native dictionary and I would like to install other languages dictionaries for the touch direct translation.

depends on the app you are using if that one your using doesnt have more language options find a new reader that does
