Does anyone know of a browser that can go full fullscreen?

I'm looking for a browser that can go completely fullscreen like opera or firefox desktop browsers can, is there anything like that?

"Dolphin HD" can. Menu>More>Settings>Full Screen Mode

Both of those browsers dont go fullscreen, there are still tabs and an address bar visible.

Dolphin HD goes fullscreen on my tablet - no notification bar and (if I'm not adding a tab or doing some other navigation-related function) the tabs and address bar are also hidden. What version of Android are you using? I believe some of the older ones may not support fullscreen modes.
