Download Manager

Can anyone tell me how to get the download manager on the tablet to allow unsupported media to download? Is there a setting somewhere I'm not seeing? I want to download Quicktime from You Send It and watch it with a third party media player, but the tablet's download manager won't even let the download start because the media is unsupported.

If the tablet has an option for external media like a sd card can you download to that on a laptop

Not a bad option. I'd still like to be able to do.it directly to the tablet though.

Try using a browser other than the stock one. Dolphin should let you download and save anything.

Or, you can search for XWind Downloader in the market and you can still use the stock browser, if you like.

Thanks for the responses! I got an easy solution on another forum. There's actually a setting in Astro file manager that tells the browser to download anything. Simple solution.
