EEE Transformer 2 release date?

Hello. I'm pretty much set that I want to get the Asus EEE Transformer Pad. However, since the summer, I've seen websites claiming the 2gen will come out 3Q 2011. I've tried searching through Google, and I keep getting varying answers.

Does anyone know the following information on the Transformer 2?

• US release date, AND price
• Basic tech specs (I know it's supposed to have the Tegra 3 chip, but what about memory and CPU?)
• Will there be a keyboard attachment available?
• What operating system will the tablet have? Android, Windows?
• Would you recommend waiting for the Transformer 2, or buy the current model now?

Like I said, I am set on Asus brand tablets, but I'd rather not get the other two models of EEE pads. Thank you.

There is going to be an official announcement by Asus around Nov 7 re: the transformer 2.
