eken epad WiFi problem

hi ive just bought 7" eken epad and set it up and did manage to browse the net,however after two days of trying and trying to download books it just keeps coming up not connected it is connected to wi fi but just same old thing and cant even browse the net ..help please from anyone be much appreciated
