when starting the tablet it stops at android screen. connected to computer it shows as g drive and not accessible. my other tablet shows up. need firmware and software to reload/flash it. help!!!!!

Hi lockbb, welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets. I'd suggest you try a factory reset.

The instructions in Post #18 should work. If not, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
