Ematic (Fun Tab) - how to download app (markets, stores, etc)

I purchased the Ematic Fun Tab for my son mainly because of the Child Locks. I have a son that would love to do about anything but I want to be careful. Anyway, it advertised that you are able to use it as a regular android tablet, but how do you do that and download Amazon store, Android Market so you are able to download apps from these locations? Anyone know? I am about to call the company I got it from and asking for a return label because I want to be able to download other apps for him and they did say you are able to.

Anyway, anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it.
