epad stopped loading !!!!

hi, im hoping for som help with my sons epad, we got it for him for xmas and it worked fine for the last 2 days but know it wont load, it starts up, displays the epad logo then displays a little penguin sitting in the top corner and then that goes and the word "Android" comes up with a flashing _, i have tried the reset button but still the same, any help or advice would be a real help.

hi ya, thanks but that link did work, i did find that file to download tho but i dont think mine is a zenithink, mine says LNX Code 11, if that means anything

you can identify the unit by the processor. download app "quick system info pro"

processor: armv6-compatible processor rev 5 (v6l)

on reflashing your zt-180 you need to use windows xp. i could not get mine to work under windows 7
