You didn't try and flash a new ROM (upgrade) to your tablet by any chance did you?

If so, we are going to need more information about your tablet to recommend a solution.

- Without being able to turn it on, I don't know how to check any of this tbh as there is no information at all in the owners manual

mine is still stuck on the android screen

Any advice would be much appreciated as although it is under 12 months old, the dodgy website I bought it from is no longer available so I can't send it off to be sorted.
