Exit in Application option

Just wondering, is there any .apk files for adding "Exit" option in every application in my Archos 70?

I got my Archos a few days ago and immediately realize that some (most) apps have no "exit" option. I wonder how you guys deal with this.

Prob the closest thing you're looking for is a Task Killer.. there are plenty of options in the market...

Yeah, but's it's kinda a bit inconvenient, each time we want to exit an application, we need to open another application. I found Firefox 4 Browser come without exit button, but there is an add-in for it to add Exit Option, if it can be implemented to any other application, i bet many user will use it.

If you are running any android os 2.2 or higher than the memory is taken care of by the os and all processes are idle unless being used. If under 2.2 then a task manager is needed. You can add a widget to the homescreen for quick one touch clean up.

i see.... so that's why my browser pause loading page when i go to home...but still, it use some amount of resources. Taskkiller is a good apps, but it's frequently refresh running apps ( refresh rate determined in setting ), more activity, more resources used.
