Have I got a duff tablet?

Well my tablet works great on its own....

but EVERY TIME i plug in a usb mini to full adaptor it switches off!
this is with usb mount on OR off, and in both usb ports!

can anyone shed light on this?

think my pad is a moonse, alloy backed pad.
running android 1.5 (cupcake)

Depending on what you have in the other end of the USB cable, you might need a powered hub to feed it.

nothing is in the other end, just the adaptor.

Maybe there is a electrical short on your adapter^^
Do you have anotherone for testing?

I got two adaptors from same guy on ebay...

both do it
i just hope its not the port on pad.

it works ok connected to a pc though in port 1.
so im not sure what is going on
