I have just purchased and tablet with version 1.8.2 on it. I got it mainly to read ebooks from the library. I understand how to transfer files not a problem. My problem is I can't find a program to install 3rd party programs. There are heaps of uninstall programs but. The library uses abode digital and mobipocket reader. In the instructions it says something about ireader.apk. Looked in App Store and can't find it. Please help me.

to install 3rd party programs do you have android marketplace on your device. if not you will at least need a file manager to locate the file with an apk extension to click on it and install your programs.
if you do a search on google for "ireader.apk" there are plenty of sites you can download it from. make sure on your "settings" that you allow installation of 3rd party apps
