help with launge settings i can get it in english

but some options are in chinese i need help with how to set up the whole tablet in english games and the market and everything
the manual is in chinese so i cant read it HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

You need to provide more information, such as tablet type, make, model and version of the OS, but this should work. Go to settings (icon looks like a gear), languages (icon looks like a scrabble tile "A, and then the first option should be english.
