I have no idea about your issue, but I like to give you one advice. When you start a thread use it summary in title. Then most of the people can understand what your issue is without reading entire thread. Because of all most all the reader in every forum use "New post" page for view all the latest thread and post. So if you use "Help", or please help for thread title it doesn’t give any sense.
