Hi, When I first received the tablets they worked fine and one still does but of course on Christmas morning my daughters did not it first powers on and shows the the android and that is it nothing else. When we shut it off it does'nt ask to shut it down it just goes off. Any suggestions. We tried resetting it and letting the battery run out and recharging it again that also failed. Thanks in advance for any help. Merry Christmas.
