Help!

I have a Pandigital Planet. So, I turned on my Tablet and suddenly my tablet was stuck in the Pandigital Screen with the dots. It was loading a long time and it stayed on the Pandigital Screen the whole time. Now I cant access my apps because of the Pandigital Screen. Please Help!

Read the manual-it tells to reboot hold UP volume button down while
pushing ON button for abt 6 seconds.
