Heyo, Assistance needed.

Hi everyone, I recently bought the misses a Elonex Etouch 700ET for xmas as she wanted this over the netbook I'd already bought her (typical woman lol). She's happy with it so that's the main thing. Now I'm used to Android as having had a G1 and now a Samsung Galaxy S. What I would like is a more stable version of Android on there for her and access to the market place. I've tried installing the market place from the apk but having no joy

Is there a better ROM I can install that will give me the market place?
