hipstreet tablet resets itself

Hi everyone,
My daughters tablets gets wiped out everytime it gets shut off or battery goes dead. She puts a few games on it, playa for a bit then when she turns it back on it has nothing on it, jhst like it was turned on for the first time. Any ideas how to fix this? It is frustrating.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

check facebook...they have a website there....message them and they will call you back they helped me out with mine....very helpful with me and good luck....also I have a proscan and they want to charge me $45 and send it to them....its only 3 months old.....
