How to Delete Program in Android 4.1

I've got an 8" Klu by Curtis tablet running Android 4.1. I've got a bunch of downloaded programs that I haven't been able to install that are just sitting there. I don't know how to delete them. Could someone tell me how? Thanks.

If you never installed them, how did they get downloaded? Normally a download and install should be seamless. Have you checked the download folder?

Go to settings/apps/all and you can disable system bloatware as well as uninstall user apps.

go to setup/apps/find your app. There will be a delete option.
