how to install z4root?

sorry if this has been posted already, I was wondering how u go about install z4root to root my device? do u download the apk directly on the device or do u have to go threw pc, like using sideload wonder machine? I look and do not see z4root on the market. please help if u can. thanks...

You can download it directly to your device just search z4root and then download one that way and install it
