I can connect to wifi but when I browse I cannot connect to websites

I have this boss electronics tablet. I can connect to wifi available in my area. It can have a strong signal but when I started to browse. I cannot connect to websites... How to fix this problem? Thank you...

Is this happening with more than one location? If so, then I'm stumped. If it's only at a single location there could be a number of possibilities. Could you clarify please?

I made a suggestion in another post with a similar problem Get Dolphin Browser or Firefox. Set Dolphin to desktop mode and use either browser to try to connect.
