How do I make sure that the internet settings are what they r supposed to be.
I also dowmloaded dolphin browser and that seems to be a bit better than the browser that comrs on the tablt

You're still a little shy on information. Was the file you downloaded an APK extension or an EXE. EXE files will not run.
