Impression 7 And WiFi

New Leader Impression 7, 7", Froya 2.2, 4 gb mem, all works well with exception of the WiFi. It will not hook up with the secured wep connection. Gets as far as WiFi saying " Obtaining IP address", and the router saying" remembered wep secured'. never gets to a connection. yet, It picks up the neighbors connection and gets a connection! More info, Router is a Westell sold by Verizon, combo unit, modem and router. I believe it dynamically assigns addresses and the Tablet is set for this.I can stand right next to the router with same results. I`m puzzeled? Can someone help?

Mine did the same thing after I typed the password. I tried the key for the router instead and connected since then. However, it the screen turns off, you always have to reconnect wifi on this tablet for some reason.

Duh! My wrong! I needed to post password in upper case not lower. Live and learn!
