Installing and uninstalling application?

Hi guys

I have bought IPED 7" inches.
This is my first time.

I don't know how to uninstall and install application properly.

Can you teach me please.

Installation is (usually) done with the Market app. If your slate lacks Market, try SlideMe
Uninstallation is done from Settings - Open Settings by pressing the Menu button on home screen, then select Applications, Manage Applications, find the application you want to uninstall in the list and press the Uninstall button.
