Intempo id spirit Problems

Basically i have a used Intempo id spirit and every time i go to turn it on it goes past the loading screen and soon as it gets to the home page when it boots up it says "powering off" then immediately shuts down. I have tried the process to factory reset it by holding down the power button and the volume up key, also tried with power button and volume down key but it just turns it self off due to me holding the power button.

If anyone has any suggestions please would you let me know thankyou

Hi Wolverine, congratulations on your "new to you" tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets.

Try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
