Is It Possible To Remove/Add A new Battery To Apad?

I was Wondering if it's possible to remove the defualt battery and add a new one?

My Batteries died so my apad is pretty much useless.

Im just an average user, so no technical skills (although i can learn)

I doubt it. You would have to find a new battery that is the same then find out how to open up your tablet then unsolder the old battery and solder the new battery in.
