java not available in tablet, needed for remote control in work

Java Script is built in. You don't need to download anything.
Launch the browser, Tap the menu in upper right corner, Tap Advanced, Tap Enable Java Script.

Icebike is right. Do as he says and you will have java script enabled.

If the A500 didn't have java script my daughter's web site would not work. So as her web site works there is java under the glass screen! Probably just another pro-apple user complaining on that link you provided.
