Just arrived, won't boot. Help!

I have just received my ZT-180.

- Plugged it in (red light on)
- Switched it on (red light turned to blue)
- Screen goes a lighter shade of grey
- Nothing else happens.

I have pressed reset and tried again (a few times) but all I have is a blank screen

Is it Dead On Arrival or am I doing something wrong?

Sorry, It sounds DOA. I know you do not want to hear it. But it has all the indicators. If you were a Star Trek fan, you would want to reach across the ether when I say

"It's Dead Jim, Dead"

Time to go through the pain and suffering of return. Which is never pretty.

Hey zafod, just curious, where did you order it from? I literally open mine (exactly the same it sounds) two hours ago and I'm in the identical situation as you.

I ordered mine from chinaewindow.com, and I'm curious how its working out for you...
