just got 3.1 update in uk tonight

just got the 3.1 update tonight,first install failed but i did a factory reset and all went well
now on
android 3.1
kernel 2.6.36.3
build number acer_A500_4.010.38_COM_GEN1

just tried the gps and it no longer works,wont even lock onto a satelite
really naffed now,waited ages to get the 3.1 update ands its started screwing up my tab
just going to return it and get something different

GPS relies on statistics which were probably wiped out qith the update. Let it sit for up to 20 minutes searching for sats and it should be fine.

I updated, but I have no more sound in videos. Mp3 OK, game sound and system sound OK, but video player is without sounds
A tried uninstall and reinstall moboplayer, qqplayer, but no result.
Any idea?

my update fails to install. how do i do a factory reset? will i lose all my data and apps?
Can i download it from somewhere else manually?
Also how do you retrieve the dowload without having to keep downloadingbit each time?
