language change on mini 7' tablet

I need directions on getting back to the english language not in the manual help

press the Menu button->Settings (should be an icon that looks like a cog/wheel or tools)->Language & Keyboard (should be an icon of the letter A)->first option there should be Language. Then you should be able to find English in the list
