Looking for a 10" tablet

I am looking for a 10" tablet that has a built in webcam and running Android 2.1. Any suggestions on which one to buy or pre-order? I am new to tablets and don't know what processor or specs to look at in order to determine what tablet is the best for the money. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Don't have it yet - but just ordered this one: WIIPAD NENO? 10.2" ANDROID Tablet (PRE-ORDER) - Extra Card : 16GB

From a chinese company - specs look really good.

I was looking at that exact one. I am just a little hesitant to order from a company that is not located here in the states. Let me know when you get it. I am curious to see how you like it, how it feels, and how long it takes to ship and receive the item.
