Looking for some feedback on these three tablets

Hi guys,

I am looking for a nice tablet for about 200 - 250 $ and I think I like these three

Hannspree Hannspad
Archos 101
Arnova 10 G2

Can you please say which you think is best and why.
Also I would be happy if you could propose another tablet in this class.(Capacitive, 10", 3G is an advantage)
