Malware Warning: Tap Snake app

For those of you who have a 3G or even GPS capable Tablet. This is a must read. There may be malicious capability for WiFi Tablets as well
There is a app that is said to be the old PC game of snake. It also contains a malware to spy on the user. Please read this link for more detail.
In summary, it installs malware referred to as GPS Spy. It installs both a tracking element and phone home capability for updates. Other malware could be loaded as a pseudo update.

Be Aware, but do not be scared. Take protective action. Make sure you trust your source for apps and firmware.

Thank you for looking out here is another link Symantec's latest -- Tapsnake: watching your every move? | Android Central and from what i have read this app isnt has bad as it sounds has you actually have to enter a keyword and the email of the person you want to spy on you, but it is another warning to be careful about what you download and pay attention to app permissions
