MID 80003 Google Android 2.2 not able to connect to internet via ethernet or Wifi

Tried connecting the internet
via ethernet but no hopes. can somebody guide me on how to get this working..Regards sarath

Welcome to the forum Sara, glad you could join us. Try setting your router to WEP and see if that works.

Thanks for the reply.. i connected the internet cable in the ethernet port and then configured Ethernet settings -- The DHCP was enabled but still could not connect to the internet..
