mid 9742 unable to connect to wifi

hi guys! got a problem with my 9742, it suddenly disconnects to my wifi and was unable to reconnect since then... shows "avoided connection poor" while signal strength shows full... also the got a problem with the audio.. plays music but doesnt have any sound, then put the tablet into sleep and the sound will go on! i've restored it to default but still no good.... please help!! thanks

If you restored it to out of the box condition and it's still doing this, then you have a hardware problem. Contact Coby and see what they'll do for you.

yup! went to settings, then back up and reset and then factory data reset... still no connections... geez, just got this l month... thanks!

charge your tablet full, switch off and on !! Why I don´t now but it works!!

a miracle just happened! after a week of not using 9742 to be returned to the store, it can now connect to my wifi! strange though... only problem now is that i still cant play videos and music/mp3s...

I would still return it and get another one.
