Mid9042 stuck at logo screen(newbie)

3months problem. i already do factory reset and still freeze at logoscreen, this tablet is not rooted. i dont have an idea how to fix this. can anyone know how to fix this?

Without being rooted, you're pretty much screwed. You can try to use LiveSuite to restore your tablet, but there's no guarantee that will work.

then boom! its working again.

Now my problem is i cant install google play. always not responding.
