MT701 chinese tablet

Hi.
I tried to format an sd card and now the tablet hangs at
the android figure and does not load. Any help would be great.

I doubt that that is connected to your SD Card, presumably you formatted in your PC? Try booting the tablet without the SD card and see if that helps.
