my tablet with android 2.2 when start up it allways stays with the picture of the rob

My tablet when start up allways stays in the picture of the robot and does not go on. On the right bottom of the screen shows:

Android OS 2.2
Kernel 2.6.32
Build Number V1.3.1


Is there anyway that i can reset this tablet. Is there a software or firmware problem?,
