I received system update 04.010.13 and installed it thinking it was 3.2 and I really don't know what I installed, does anyone know? I currently show 3.1 which I installed last week.

You apparently just got the little patch that brought you up to that level.
It was a small patch for wifi issues.

Why you didn't get it before is anyone's guess.

Currently I am at Acer_A500_4.010.13_COM_GEN2. That should be what you have in the US as well.
It still reports itself as 3.1.

I don't think 3.2 is out for a few more days yet.

Apparently what ever it is is so small that it doesn't even break root if you have a rooted device.
