I am new to Android tablets. I read quiet a few of the post here and wanted to know if the tablet at this website is good - Android 2.2 OS Tablet 8 Inch with Freescale iMX515 Cortex A8 Chip, support Flash Player 10,512M RAM - US$ 184.00

I have not, but there is a representative from that company who does visit and participate on AT. It looks to be acceptable price Only thing to keep in mind is the Freescale ARM is not like the Cortex A*. It will have difficultly playing Flash 10 at this time.

The main concern is that there are at least 2 variants of the iMX515 tablets right now. So I'm holding off on recommending them for now.

The price is tempting though. But this thing does have issues.

I recommend this only with caveats. What are you looking to use this for?
