New user need help

I have a Klu LT7028 and I'm getting the error message "The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" every two seconds. Force close. I can't get to the settings to make any changes. How can I override or bypass this error. The tablet is useless right now. Thanks for your help.

I had exactly the same problem. You need to update the Firmware using an SD card.

Thank you for your reply. Could you explain how to do that? I upgraded my tablet using the usb cable when I got it. Do I load the the upgrade to sd/card and just start up the tablet?
