NO knowledge in Android...pls help!!! am stuck!!!

hey guys...am pretty sure that you would have dealt with my case. Yesterday i tried to update a samsung update on my galaxy 10.1 however when it asked for reboot, the next second i see is that the tablet goes blank. everytime i try to reset it, it doesnt help and now i have the download screen telling me if i download a custom OS, then it may harm the tablet...

please help guys...am not sure even if my question has made an sense to u guys....
