We used to have one, but it wasn't getting a lot of activity so I decided to reduce it down to the single thread: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/specific-tablets/153-pandigital-novel.html
There are quite a lot of owners of this tablet, and hacks are available. It comes down to whether or not someone has the time to do the research needed to open the new forum section. The issue is that someone needs to be able to answer the questions, but none of the mods have it right now.
